    Yes, the MS system performs nicely, however on an engine like this you need to custom built it. STD Ms cant cope with the noise or the current draw from all these injectors. Just too much. It was not excactly a walk in the park to do this, but eventually we did succeed.

    Yes, mandatory by class rules. when things starting jumping around the track you cant control a normal pedal, thats why the lever.

  • @BoKaUm88 yessir, no pedal, thats how tractors are built, its like cruise control, same way on our old deere and our '64 ford

    Yes, its a killer. I was a bit concerned on how to get 24spark plugs and 24injectors to run on a MS based system, and im pretty sure this is the most extreme you can go with only one MS1 based ECU.

    Tuning this machine is a whole new chapter. You have 15seconds of experience from each pull, and you need to base all mapping on those 15second. Sure as hell glad this was nowhere near my first MS! Current consumption is around 210-240Amps at 4000rpm. BTW, next one is the bad one!

  • Straight Shell V-power 98octane from the pump. Has massive problems getting the engine to burn the mixture fast enough, but i THINK its solved now, thanks to the Megasquirt based custom EFI.
