@MarvinMcGill whoah, sorry for the really long delay. I just saw the comment. The program is called "Clock.exe", and it comes with the software called "MultiPSK" for windows. It's ham radio software. As long as you can get a signal from WWV into your soundcard, you can run Clock and get the time sync. Hope this helps (and expands your horizons into other digital ham modes :)

@proct0r I got stratum 2 clock from the Colorado WWV station, the app doesn't hook into the local PC clock.
