why not mention the rest of the drugs your friend ODed on? Xanax OD doesn't kill anyone, it just causes benzophobia and stops anxiety patients from getting the help they need.

@SALVOTHESTONEDONE Yea, it feels like that maybe a month, or two. After that it's just getting your fix because your body is dependent on the drug (tolerance). This is a drug ment to be used 2 weeks max. Doctors dont give a shit. Try stopping cold turcey after few months, where's your god then.

You have to know in some level that what your doing is harmful. I lived that lie for a long time. If you feel that you cant perform some sort on task without xanax, you are addicted. i can relate im 23 years old and have been spending the last 5 years of my life fighting this horrible addiction of takin about 6 . .2mg bars about 4 times a week its a hard habbit to break im 7 months sober now if anyone needs any advice message me we can tlk through it ...take it one day at a time ...ps i have crazy stories lol maybe you can relate to!
wow i am amazed by what you went thru. i was a xanax addict too i just got out of the hospital 2 weeks ago because of a xanax overdose. i had picked up some from one of my dealers and had taken the whole bag within 6 hours which was about 5, 2.0Mg Bars. when i got out of the hospital i had relapsed on my mothers xanax, my whole family could tell i was high so they called the police, but since then i have been about a week and a half sober and trying to stay strong.

Lorazepam is better than Xanax for your liver. I've had a million doctors tell me that.
But they HATE lorazepam because it's addicting. SO THE FUCK WHAT.
The biggest problem about benzo type drugs are the fuckin doctors that won't prescribe a proper dose.

Well my uncle OD last nite and was yelling and smashing things.. He did all day today and now he is in the hospital, escorted by police!
