What I heard was that Chris was plotting the divorce from the beginning when he "persuaded" Noriko to come to the US with him. He cheated on his wife, tricked her into the US, and divorced her, leaving a helpless woman with no income. Then he remarried, and tried to take the children from Noriko.

I honestly don't think those children can live happily with Chris and "newly" married wife.

While I am totally against Japan's failure to recognize the rights of fathers, there are so many questions not answered in this video. I wonder about the mother's side to this story. I read that the couple lived in Japan until 2008. How is it that he has already met and married to somebody else in the space of a year? If he has lived in Japan, he should have known that he was risking abduction if he moved to the States to divorce. Why did he leave Japan?

The children grew up in japan and the mother wanted to keep them. Its her right to keep them growing up in her country. The children belong with the mother.
