On the final finger, it is suggestible that one turn off Rage and hit the fingers to regain all RotT then activate *deactivate after visual cue*. That way you have the option of Rage during the Pegasus section though besting the Dark Rider refills Rage, HP and MP as per standard (boss) if I recall right.

If you didn't know, you can use Typhon's Bane during these segments but it just doesn't work terribly well.

Grab whoring for harpies is a good (safe) call.

Dark Rider - I don't know if I told you already but you cannot actually hurt the Dark Rider during the fight. (it says he has 500HP but it is a lie)

The fight is based upon distance traveled (ahead) so 5 "X" rushes would be good enough to end it in a hurry.

Fighting is just for show and even if you knew, I suppose you would choose to do so... on that note, it was entertaining.

Don't feel bad. Only a small minority know it. Sure I reported it, but there was a point where I too fucked around unnecessarily being oblvious of this.

The idea is to use "O" and connect (false grab) to bait his attack then move away a bit to be clear for "X" (Foward Dash Slam) *stay towards the center* then he'll show up on the opposite side of you...repeat 5x and you'll find yourself quickly in the 'vortex'. It's a speedrun technique these days. It's not exactly visually pleasing...

I'd try to convince you to do Specialty runs but it seems like you would have to politely refuse in favor of playing/recording other titles. So I'll instead ask (like others) you to give God of War 1 a shot as well down the road for similiar treatment. Hell, I can SEND you the GoW1 guide since I have a copy on the computer. The other required scanning which is frankly too much of a pain..and I lack a high dollar scanner for it to compare >__>

eh, specialty runs would be iffy for one of the reasons you just said. I'm also pretty damn picky with what I decide to upload and it would take me even longer to record decent footage of a restriction run.

@cooldude1014life Hmmm? "X" is used for rapid movement ahead and knockback collision damage. In the Dark Griffen bit, you need only get ahead by 5 such foward movements as shown in speedrun coverage.
