Boba Fett is a mod (modification), a fan-made extension of a game that allows the player to do something that the player could not do before, in this case, have a character that looks like Boba.
I can help you get the file and install it if you so wish.
I´m going into Documents, then EA Games, then The sims 2, but then there aren´t any "downloads" file :S There is just like paintings, cameras and like that.. I don´t see Downloads, what have i done wrong??? Omg I want Boba for Sims heh xD
If the folder is not there, simply create a new folder with the name Downloads, put the file in there, instal the mod (double click, will ask you to "Do you want to instal?), and it should work :-)

"==>" indicates a sub-folder in the direction that the arrow is pointing
