  • i agree with the list except for swift, he might not have put up the numbers for a number 2 pick, but he's to good for the list

  • where's larue martin?

  • Where's Greg Oden...?

  • i think kwame brown should be 1

  • wheres the spot for Adam Morrison

  • @bigravensfan21....if u added up all the times accumulative u might get 82 games......im a blazer fan .....coulda had durant.....bad drafting history....

  • agree with all of these except for Stromile Swift. That was a very week draft, and Stromile was honestly the second best player

  • where's greg oden?

  • @raymonddcruz You need to give him at least one more season before declaring him a bust. Hasn't he only played one full season?

  • fucking KRUMY BROWN!

  • I agree with sam bowie. the best nba draft in nba history. he had a lot to live up to. hakeem olajuwon went first then sam bowie then MICHAEL JORDAN. he wasnt an exact bust he just never lived up to being picked before michael jordan.

  • @lilmoe102 In a tie with the 2003 Draft

  • Pervis Elison number 1

  • swift is not bad at all. just remember wat he did for rockets, he helped them ALOT.

  • (cont') Look at it this way, had either the Rockets or Trailblazers picked Michael Jordan in 1984, it would have been the equivalent in pro football of two teams that already had, say, John Elway and Dan Marino established as their starting quarterbacks picking Peyton Manning in the draft the following year. Filling needs and gaps always has to come into play in drafts for any sport.

  • Sam Bowie would have been a great center (and did play very well usually when he wasn't hurt) had it not been for constant injuries. I've always thought that he gets a bad rap simply because he was drafted one spot ahead of Michael Jordan. In 1984 the Rockets and the Trailblazers did not need another guard, and of course the Rockets picked Olajuwon with the #1 pick, and I'd say he had a rather impressive NBA career even though he wasn't quite the legend that Jordan became.

  • @danning1 Same with Darko sorta. Darko isn't that bad, he just hasn't gotten the minutes. He's not as good as a #2 pick should be, but he's not terrible. But getting picked before Melo, Wade, and Bosh is pretty bad.. haha

  • @GRiMxSG i agree i think reall thats the only reaso he makes this list is because who was drafted after him

  • @GRiMxSG funny that the pistons could have had melo, wade, bosh, chris kaman, david west, kendrick perkins, josh howard,mo williams, kyle corver, leonardo barbosa, kirk hinrick, luke ridenour. instead of darko

i can name some more but i got tired of typing so i put some people that r still known players in the nba thats alot ppl who had better careers then darko

  • @AllSkiLLzN0LuCK Darko never really got a good chance. He's playing decently right now with the TWolves. He's still a huge bust, don't get me wrong. I'm just saying that if he was picked like mid-late first round, it wouldn't be that bad. Korver can't really do anything other than shooting, pretty much the same with Hinrick. Ridnour is someone decent too. Josh Howard just fails for me because of the timeout he called in Game 5 of the Mavs/Heat finals back in 05/06.

  • @GRiMxSG he does a solid job as a back up center

but he should have been drafted like 16 -17

ur right ppl would be calling him a solid player maybe he would have been better not having to deal with going to a playoff team dealing with the pressure of bing a top 5 pick

  • @danning1 despite the fact that jordan is the best, hakeem is still one of the best, id say top 10 of all time

  • Adam Morrison has to be the tops, kwame brown has at least contributed, Morrison has spent his career on the bench. Ed O'bannon was one of the top college players ever then did absolutely nothing in the nba. The 2000 draft in its entirety was a bust, Swift, Marcus Fizer, Chris Mimm, Mateen Cleaves, Demarr Johnson, joel prysbilla.

  • @ak231510 really pryzbilla a bust at least he can be a decent defensive anchor at center

  • Greg Oden, Hasheem Thabet, Robert Traylor, Yao Ming

  • @rattlesnakevideos09 I understand Hasheem Thabet, Robert Traylor, and Greg Oden but what the hell was wrong with Yao Ming? While he was in the NBA he was a great player other than the last couple seasons he was injured!

  • @MrMagikJihod yeah, i know....but he kept getting injured....sorry about that. Maybe I was a little hard on the fella

  • @rattlesnakevideos09 It's all good lol but I understand where you were coming from with all the injuries I don't mean to be mean to one of my favorite players but he was just taking up space in the salary cap for the last couple years :)

  • everyone says how terrible sam bowie was and he actually wasnt that bad only reason people say he was a bust is because he was be4 jordan

  • @swagger1930 And because of injuries

  • joe smith?

  • Most of the lottery picks in the 2001 draft sucked ... only person i know in there who had a great career is amare stoudemire

  • joe alexander?

  • LOl Sam bowie was actually good,, can we please get tractor traylor

  • Shawn Bradley was good with like 200-250 blocks per season but everybody sees him getting dunked on instead of blocking dunks

  • Where's Joe Alexander #8 to the bucks, and if sam bowie is on this greg oden is too because they are the same players

  • la clippers r A BUST

  • sam bowie wasnt that big of a bust, he had a long productive carreer, LOL its just that jordan was picked right afterwards. He clearly wasnt a good pick given the situation.... but he wasnt a bad player

  • Pistons shouldda picked Melo

  • @xlilvincanityx i wish i could like this comment 1000 times

  • @xlilvincanityx Or they couldve picked dwade or bosh smh...

  • @xlilvincanityx i somewhat agree but that year they did win the championship nd tayshaun prince made a huge defensive play to save a game.. he probly wouldnt have been in if they had melo

  • Shawn Bradley was in Space Jame atleast

  • I remember keeping Olowakandi's rookie cards when he was drafted!!! I thought he will make a great impact.....then all of a sudden...he was injured....WTF!!!!!

  • this list is horrible i can come up with a better list with my eyes closed. Hell sum of these guys got career numbers much better than 2nd or 3 overall picks from the 70s and 80s.... its all about what have u done for me lately...

  • you forgot lebron who is a failure

  • @ncaafan247 Definetly, he didn't win MVP awards or get on several all-nba teams.

  • wat about the number two pick in jordans draft..... they could have had mj but they got a useless stiff

  • is a player considered a bust because of injury? or because of a lack of production when they're actually on the court?

  • @qbreeze1978 usually both but this list is whack...

  • luke jackson??????? he's a bust but to have him in this list is crazy. Technically speaking DeJuan Wagner would be more of a bust than Jackson. Although their stock is low, I don't think Darko or Brown should be that high because they are still in the league. Where is Billy Owens, Joe Smith, Donyell Marshall, Ron Mercer? I know its only ten players but I do disagree with some of them.

  • Greg Oden?

  • from what i heard the blazes had the chance to get MJ and yes im talking about Michael Jordan but went with this joker instead Sam Bowie in the draft pick, almost like when they got oden over durant

  • where is luke walton?

  • I know your missing quite a few people like hasheem thabeet and from what I think Darius Miles but pretty good all in all

  • Kwame went over who!!!!!!!! and darko should be # 1 because he got picked over kobe??

  • @ajmcbrayer57 Darko never got picked over Kobe... He got picked over Melo, Wade, and Bosh.

  • Kwame is Worse than Bowie in my opinion

  • @Stephcurry30gstate no sam bowie was drafted before michael jordan and sam bowie sucks ass.

  • Bo Kimble was a #8 pick. Why is he on there?

    Where is Pervis Ellison?

  • lol Shawn Bradley was way better than guys like Eddy Curry and Adam Morrison. At least he led the league in blocks and got nearly 4 per game. He was a much better defensive presence than 90% of the other centers in the NBA. I don't care if he got dunked on a lot, that's just because he was playing D.

  • thumbs up if u agree with, where is Greg Odeon???

  • HERE IS A PIECE OF ADVICE 2 GMs LOOKING 2 DRAFT IF HIS SKIN IS NOT BROWN DONT GET HIM_

  • Where's Greg Oden

  • @dddicf in the trainers room AGAIN

  • @dddicf in the trainers room

  • Where is Eddy Curry?

  • Well you got to have guys on the bench who can throw towels and

just look good in a suit!

  • 4 and 3 werent thar bad of a pick.

  • Jayson Williams?

  • @Emp1reAceS lmao i said FACE as in mj status, trustt

  • greg oden?

  • @a1rjord4n hahaha u have to be kidding me, the NBA doesnt care what u look like, just ur skill level.

  • Darko Never had a chance in his first season an if im correct he has a ring from his rookie season

  • adam morrison

  • joe alexander and adam morrison

  • @kenkaish fuck off you little prick

  • just think the pistions could have got d wade, melo and bosh...the funny thing was the won in 04 lol

  • Darko Milicic? you sir are lame.

  • Scalabrine has to be on this list somewhere, i dont care where he was picked, its a bust

  • @shaqattack69 you mother is bust scal is the best in nba faggott

  • @shaqattack69 Your out of your MIND if you think scalabrine is a bust, he gets paid extra to sit on the bench because the NBA doesnt want a white ginger to be the face of the NBA, in reality hes probly better than MJ, Kobe, and every other Hall of famer combined.

  • wheres luke walton

  • sam bowie just got injured he would have been a great playe

  • u should update the list, it should include greg oden and adam morrison

  • I completely disagree with Sam Bowie. He had injury problems. That's not his fault. It's also not his fault that MJ was picked right behind him.

Also, you left Rafael Araujo off this list. 8th overall pick in 2004 by the Raptors. Terrible player! Averaged 2.8 points per game and only lasted three seasons in the NBA.

Yaroslav Korolev is a bust as well.12th overall to the Clippers in 2005. Averaged 1.1 points per game in 34 games before going back to Russia for good.

  • @jabrolter15 one of smartest person i know completely correct

  • #5th haha fail

  • Bowie had a better career than most on this list, simply because he was taken before jordan doesn't make him a bust, just means the GM for portland failed.

  • sam bowie was alright, he just got lots of injuries, darko milicic should be at no.1 though

  • this list sucks! there should only be top 5 or top 3 picks included, because those guys got picked when there was still greater talent available...

  • gotta feel bad for sam bowie.

  • Darko should be # 1

  • michael jordan should have at least 3 of his picks in this video

  • Clippers can not pick for crap!!!!!!!!!

  • @PuffDiamond27 they picked blake griffin o.o LOL

  • Greg Oden?

  • #1 sam bowie was not that bad as kwame

  • @tacossonricos

Sam Bowie was drafted in front of Michael Jordan. No way he isn't the biggest bust. I also find it amusing that Jordan drafted Kwame Brown.

  • @yourewrong12

true but the blazers gave jordan up cause of dexler

  • what about Rafael Araujo

  • #6: "hehe that fart is nasty. no one will ever know"

    #5: "ooooh SHIT thats nasty!"

  • morrison, scalabrine?

  • @dasox2523

    DON"T TALK SHIT ABOUT SCALABRINE!!!!!!!!!

  • what about christian laettner for t-wolves 1993?

  • luke walton is the worst

  • Michael Olowokandi

  • The thing with Bowie is that he was selected before Jordan...

  • no no no sam bowie is not the biggest bust. Darko and luke jackson higher

  • @jalesson101700 little early to say that turner is a bust. one year in the league playing behind Andre Iguodala. how could he get playing time to really show what kind of nba player he is

  • Eddy Curry?

  • kwame brown wasn't number 1 bad! he just had a less than averag career, but he didn't win kobe a ring so thts why ppl say he's the biggest.

  • marvin williams over d-will and CP3...or shelden williamms w/the #3 pick in 07

  • Shawn Bradly wasn't exactly a bust. He was a decent player.

  • @greer2005168

I agree I'd take Bradley out and stick Oden in.

  • yea where is greg oden???

  • where is adam morrison?

  • Comment removed

  • Len Bias was a tough 1.

    Soooo tragic.

  • Hasheem is just not used to the playing style in the NBA. Give him a break just like Larry Sanders.

  • what's the song name?

  • where is HASHEEM THABEET

  • @RetroandNew greg oden...

  • @RetroandNew Thabeet isn't a bust yet

  • @RetroandNew This vid is made just a half year after he was drafted =P

  • Lol where is greg oden

  • @Trag1cTimez Oden wasn't a draft bust, he was a great player.. his body just betrayed him. Unlike any of the players here.

  • kwame is a beast

  • Kwame Brown shoulda been No. 1

  • @TheRatedIX7 naw man, sam bowie was infront of michael jordan in the draft pick, thats why hes number 1

  • stromile swift wasnt a bust... He had some pretty good years...

  • K well, you forgot Greg Oden and Adam Morrison. And you should take off Darko, because he's making an impact in Minnesota.

  • Wheres Harold Minor??

  • what about Greg Oden?

  • @sushboi i think that greg although only really playing one season still has a chance of becomeing a quality centre in the nba, having said that i still would have picked kevin durant every time over oden

  • no ed o'bannan? really?

  • Bowie is not the biggest bust of all time by a long shot. He didn't have the body for the job, it happens and it's no one's fault. You can't possibly call him a bust over all the similarly picked players who failed for reasons that were actually within their control. By the way, LaRue Martin; look him up and then re-assess the list.

  • bowie should be lower because he wasn't a highly touted player. He was a shock selection. Yes, he should be included for going between Hakeem and MJ, but he ain't worse than Brown and now Oden

  • how is lebron not on this list? he is horrendous.

  • are you serious? Bowie was a great pickup for what talent was left in that draft

  • correction, Greg Oden over Bowie for the Bust

  • if kwame brown was drafted 2nd round pick 20 that would have been a steal

  • my bad, i ment number 10 looks like a faggot

  • #9 looks like a faggot, #11 looks like a fucking hobo on crack, #6 dick in his butt, #5 looks like his mouth is waiting for a cock to be in it, #3 looks like the crack head who offered that guy thoses cheeseburgers #1 looks like a dirty sanchez

  • I don't think guys that don't live up to their careers because of injuries should get labeled as busts.

  • Haha, poor Darko, he don't even get a seat.

  • milicic should be number 1 for fact that wade, bosh, anthony went after him. imagine where detriot could've been..

  • Adam Morrison anyone? haha

  • There needs to be a difference in how you define "bust". There are some players who never get injured and just suck when they get to the NBA, then there are those that actually were showing alot of promise, until they got injured...Yao Ming is the poster child for the latter.

  • Adam Morrison????...Yet he still has a couple of bench rings I think.

  • I am just curious as to why you never see Jason Williams (Duke) on any lists. Is it because of the motorcycle accident?...Also, I would have to put Johnny Dawkins in the top ten. This guy was absolutely amazing in college, but didn't do jack in the pros.

  • Greg Oden? Ricky Rubio?

  • @JaK3Tide how is ricky rubio an NBA bust, hes not even in the nba

  • @TehFatBoiVids Lol fatboi, i guess some people just fail at life. Lololol i didnt see his comment, but if he seriously said ricky rubio was a bust, than he seriously needs to get his ass up and watch an actual NBA game.

  • Add Evan Turner to that list

  • @twistorama he has been in for 1 yeah i dont see how you can already call him a bust

  • Kwame did good with LA. Darko was the biggest bust. Easily...

  • Stromlile Swift was a great dunker what are you smoking?

  • wack

    d-wade l-james koby-bryant u crazzi punk

  • Darko is a legit starting center now. Umad?

  • Sam Bowie over Michael Jordan

    and

    Greg Oden over Kevin Durant

    Blazers fail on draft day

  • @TheRipcity503 the got Roy, point before the injuries at 6th, got Batum at 22end who ever team wants, Aldridge 2end, Drexler. Plus Oden is only 23, dont call him a bust until he is atleast 25

  • @redsoxfan360 I think the Blazers only do good with Mid-Late round picks, LA may have been drafted 2nd but not by the Blazers. Drex was a Mid round pick who turned out to be good. Batum was a Late round pick who is blossoming. Roy and Oden were both early and are both injury prone. I have not counted Oden out yet, I am predicting a full comeback and for him to claim dominance on the defensive end.

  • @TheRipcity503 A very bold claim about Oden and in all honesty I hope you're right.

  • @ZloppEE Oh me too lol

  • @TheRipcity503 Don't forget the first Blazer faux pas. 1972 LaRue Martin over Bob McAdoo

  • hasheem #2 and kwame #!

  • Greg Oden #1 pick and Jay Williams need to be at the top of this list.

  • @bonejs We dont know about oden yet, hes only 23, wait two more years

  • darko has to be number 1... to pass on the likes of wade, melo n bosh... those r three of the best players in the nba today

  • @matlob187 haha Bosh, one of the best players? lol youre a funny dude.

  • @TheRipcity503 definetly one of the best... individualy we all saw what he did in toronto.. a top power forward but now he has two players that have to play with the ball in there hands and the sacrifice bosh makes day in and day out makes him a great player

  • Hasheem Thabeet hasnt done all that great for a number 2 pick either

  • ok whoah... stromile swift was pretty good while in memphis he may be a bust because how high he was picked but come on can ANYONE name sumone in the 00 draft besides jamal crawford?? that draft was TERRIBLE!!!! and you cant say michael redd either he was drafted in the 2nd round the 2000 draft is probally the worst draft in the 00 era being 2000-2011

  • @PS1CollectorForever there is only 3 better players than him in that draft so don't open your mouth if you dont know that draft
