I personally liked the look of the regular MVC3 more but to be honest at least they don't lie to us. Gaming companies in general have started doing this release less than original or new content. The new Fallout wasn't much of a facelift and EVERY madden or sports game is just a slight tweak in gameplay and graphics. Don't even get me started on the entire CoD line up. It isn't just Capcom it's everybody in the whole industry. At least this one is only 40 instead of everything else which is 60.

Well, you're going to be hearing alot more about them, seeing as Marvel Studios announced they were planning a Guardians full length feature film, to the tune of an epic space adventure with some dark undertones. Rocket Raccoon is one of the main members of that team.

I trust Capcom in adding EACH AND EVERY ONE of these characters, if they were willing to leave their own mascot(megaman) out of MvC3 because "he offered nothing unique" then they clearly know what's best for the game so what if they include 2 EXTREMELY obscure Marvel Characters, and a few others that werentexpected, this is going to be a great game (given that they add a survival mode)

You know, it's possible that there were initially no plans for a revision to MvC3. However, as we all know, Capcom got really behind schedule on DLC for one reason or another, with the recent disasters in Japan being the most obvious choice for a culprit.

Rather than play catch up Capcom decided to make a new version of the game. Just look at all the new content being offered for UMvC3. It'd cost you way more than $40 to get all that as DLC. Try thinking things through a little.
