umm i have had mine for almost a year and the 13" tom has just gone, the 16" and 18" floor toms are still in good nick.

ive never played evans so i wouldnt know what they are like, but if you want to play hard rocky kind of music and have big drums with good depth, these are the skins for you. i like a fat whack when i hit my toms and these were perfect for the job, unfortunatley after a year of using them i want to change my sound so im going back to pinstripes.
