My Pregnant moving Silicone Belly

Where did you buy the molding at and how do you put it on I'm pregnant now and would love one I did a belly mold with my first but it was from the material for making casts the regular belly cast making one

I work in the film industry and some of my special effects make up friends did this for me. The final product was absolutely amazing. It was a perfect replica of my body right down to every little mole. For my second I used the regular plaster cast. Good luck. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

It's pretty professional stuff. I have no idea where you would get it. I had some friends do it for me who work in special effects make up in the film industry.

They did the silicone first and then put the plaster cast right over top of it. Then they popped it off me. The plaster cast was only done to "hold" the silicone after it came off my belly because it's flimsy stuff. Then alginate was poured into the silicone mold to take the actual shape of my belly. After that dried, the silicone was peeled off and we were left with an exact replica of me. It was pretty cool.

It's not really a cast per se. My belly wasn't broken.  It's a belly mold so I could have forever, a 3D image of what I looked like when I was 8 months pregnant. My little girl is now 2 and it hangs in her room. She loves it.

I had one done for my daughter, she's 4 1/2 now. I keep meaning to paint it but I haven't gotten to it yet :) I love it though, and I will do another one when I have another baby :D
