Most black people don't have to deal with race every day. But they deal with it more than white people. I am black and i think that OJ is guilty. Why? Not because of race , because i looked at the facts. Mark Fuhrman was the perfect scapegoat for the defence , but honestly , if the defense had to use the 'race card' did they really have that much of a case? the dude was acquitted, yet found guilty in the civil trial for wrongful death; he also wrote a book on the 'if' clause of the murder, and is currently imprisoned for armed robbery. i assume you'd also get enraged if the suspect/accused for your mother/sister's murder got away with it AND wrote a book, regardless if he was black, white, green or pink. it's just a terrible thing to do which did nothing but cast a negative light on him. if he was truly innocent he wouldnt have tried to milk it.

Tragically...Emmit Till's mother never got to use "the race card" after her son(a child) was beaten to a pulp and then shot in the face by two white men ( one of the very few murder cases among MANY in the South that even went to a "trial") personally i believe OJ was GULITY but got off on because of sloppy police work ..thats not right ,however, for a group of people who have historically been on the other end of this 9 times out of ten it was something much more symbolic then mere "race"

Vincent Bugliosi, or any good prosecutor would have killed Johnny Cochrane and the scheme team. Why is this case about race? If anything, the cops took it easy on him.
