@Natbilltv Oh yes it does come up,last week the tide came over the road,all the shops along the seafont had sandbags there to stop the sea coming in.it is a great sight to see...............John oh! by the way thank you very much for the comment...

Earlier before the launch there was a couple of guy's waded in to the sea to about chest hight testing the firmness of the sand,i missed that bit,get it next time
Brilliant never seen that done before. The guy who does the pushing in, has to venture out quite far into the sea, almost looks like he could get swamped in water if a large wave came his way....
wow i go to scabroudh every year and i dont think i have ever seen the tide so far in on the south side!
