I can't understand something. Evolution theory says that only the strongest survive, and that this apparently cruel fact is necessary in order to build a stronger specie. yes it does. it ties to the fact that people in history are developed by conflict meaning living things develop through evolution in concidences. Karl Marx applied this teachin to humans evolve through the capitalist conflict and would be communists through revolution.

It´s truly disappointing how it showcasts Stalin´s terror as devoted to darwinism as if he had even cared about scientific explanations or decided to become a dictator because of his lecture of Darwin. The imitations of darwinism by Stalin have nothing to do with the original scientific discovery which leads to a better understanding of mankind. There have been fought as many wars in the name of god as in the name of communism, a way to prevent it lies in understanding evolution.

I can't understand something. Evolution theory says that only the strongest survive, and that this apparently cruel fact is necessary in order to build a stronger specie. So, how is that Marx and Engel took this theory as the basis for a political system in which all resources are evenly distributed among the population, therefore benefiting the weak in detriment of the strong? Isnt that a contradiction?

too much information is being skipped, too many conclusions are being made here that are not proper for a documentary.
there seems to be an attack on atheists and a predosposition towards muslims. What about Stalin's purges of Jews from theatre, medicine, arts, etc?
I do not recommend that anyone watches this, as it is a skewed rendition.
