  • better not to sit on it :D

  • ... you can't just roll sheet metal into a ring and then weld it? I get that they're talking about seemless but there are ways of welding that don't leave a seem.

  • This is a "hot pipe" yea

  • reminds me of my hooneymoon

  • That could fuck you up so bad

  • why did they spray paint it orange

  • @shittart583 i can't tell if your just stupid or trolling..

  • @shittart583 they didnt you moron! thats very hot metal.....

  • looks a lot like sex

  • Tubes!

  • 1000 ways to die. maybe

  • I'd really like to see the mandrel that pierces the bar. All the "magic" is hidden from us.. :-(

  • So thats how neon lights are made!

  • @bcvmxzbvnbxcmv

I just want to see it warp, and all the ice melting lol

  • This is what Chuck Norris uses to drink his beverages.

  • @krispy42008 No, he uses that tube when he has no woman around...

  • so i take it your a bitch since your working in the mills? baha

  • paris hilton: that's hot

  • LICK IT!! I DARE YOU

  • if i worked there, i would touch it...

  • touch it i dare ya

  • Unecessary. The weakest point of a seamed joint is the metal the weld is on. Everyone knows the weld is the strongest part of a piece of joined metal.

Czech: wasting their time since 1870.

  • 13 SLAGS DID NOT LIKE THIS VIDEO

  • Like a fruit ice cream.

  • All that smooth clanking and rolling reminds me of a roller coaster.

  • @Engineer9736

Its really brute force. We used to make them in Scotland. You take a 1.2 m x 300mm diameter billet of steel heat it up and drive a big bloody bar down the middle using a 1000tonne press, the billet then becomes a bottle. The next step is to drive the hole all the way trough in another process. Finally the pipe moves onto the rolling mill, where a mandrel is put inside the bloom and a pair of kidney shaped rollers (pilger) isolate a coller of metal and roll it along the bar.

  • @Ecle888015 I WORKED IN THE GERMAN BUILT MANNESMANN TUBE IN SAULT CANADA , AND WE USED A SIMILAR PROCESS AS @Engeneer9736 TALKS OF , BUT WE SPIT OUT SOMETIMES A ROUGH PIPE EVERY 30 SECONDS . THANKX.

  • @Ecle888015 ughhh but how do u make it?

  • OMG that's scary

  • que merda

  • Pee on it

  • this is evil

  • is'nt that dangures just like that comes out 3.000 degrees iron???

  • @prankmakers95

Melting point of Iron is 1535 celsius degree, not 3000.

And forging process is at about 1100 - 1200 degree

  • @2jzgtejza80 it still just goes like that all over the place one touch you burn a hole on your close

  • @2jzgtejza80 well someone figured out how to use google

  • @fischerskidude

I'm metallurgy engineer, and this is my job, i don't need anything to google it.

  • @2jzgtejza80 so now you found wikipedia too, ohhhhhh never mind i forgot your a "metallurgy engineer"

  • @fischerskidude

And that telling me someone who have rose channel. I'm wasting my time.

  • @2jzgtejza80 being a "metallurgy engineer" im pretty sure time is not in short supply for you. you had plenty of time to spend on google and wikipedia

  • @fischerskidude

You live in US and you are GAY, can it be more worst??

  • @2jzgtejza80 someone got a little frustrated and lost their ability to argue maturely now didn't they?

  • Comment removed

  • @2jzgtejza80 How is that relevant? and "metallurgy engineer" sounds like such a GREAT "job"

  • @2jzgtejza80 so your earning 6 figures by pouring some metal into a cast, well done! im sure thats very difficult and DEFINITELY not bullsh*t

  • @2jzgtejza80 im not trying to be annoying about your grammar because i understand english isn't your first language but your last sentence didnt make sense

  • @2jzgtejza80

actually it is most likely some sort of steel alloy and some of them have melting temps of around 3000 degrees even if they are 85 to 90% iron

  • Comment removed

  • @chopper957

Mostly, melting point depends about % of other elements in steel. So melting points can be from 1400 (even lower 1375) to 1550. Some special made steels can withstand 1650 before became totally liquid. Alloy of 12 % of Molybdenum can withstand even 1700 before total melt.

  • IN and out,

  • POKE

  • go ahead touch it, it seems tempting.

  • @cartel0025 that's how hot my penis was when it went inside your mother

  • @Soundgarden8497 Then you really don't want to know how far deep it went down your father's tight little ass.

  • @cartel0025 it didn't because it's still stuck in your mother, she's greedy.

  • @Soundgarden8497 Being in denial that you and your father got this rod up you ass is not helping your recovery. I can't blame you but it was your mother that led me to dick feed you with my milk.

  • @cartel0025 you have milk? i thought u sounded like a ladyboy...

  • @Soundgarden8497 couldn't say no could you.

  • @cartel0025 Chuck Norris would, and the steel would be in pain!!

  • @cartel0025 Chuck Norris can lick it...

  • @cartel0025 with your tongue

  • @Duckyistrippin I was delicious but you can use it as a straw

  • @cartel0025 I agree completely, for some reason!

  • @cartel0025 ii feel like tasting it

  • @cartel0025 i have before. My hand smelled like burn't leather
