@ChisponGroxo Unfortunately, this game isn't freeware (due to some confusion between Monolith and Atari/Infogrames), so I couldn't tell you. If it's just the patch you want, this game is so old that finding that may actually be difficult.

If you insist on wanting to play Blood in some fashion, your best bet is a project called "Transfusion", which is a recreation using the Quake engine.

I think the messages that popped up when walking down the tunnel were taken out at some point in the later versions of the game. Or maybe it only happened in the shareware, I don't know.

I think the 666 quote is a song being played backwards - like stairway to heaven or something.

666 is often associated with the Beast or Satan in the Christian religion. Biblically though, I do not think there is much support for "666" being the mark of the Beast. 666 however, was often put on Roman currency (hence why those who did not "bear the mark" could not buy or sell.)

Emperor Nero's and Diocletian's brutal suppression of Christians likely fueled speculation that they were "the Beast."

Dude, 666 is the number of the beast, check wikipedia. The train made me think of Tomb Raider (2?) where a train would run you over if you follow the railroad.

Look, it's been years since I've read any religious texts. I wouldn't remember the actual source of it being from the Book of Revelation.

And besides, I've heard so many jokes with the numbers AROUND 666 (I've heard "neighbor of the beast" jokes with 665, 667, and 668) that I can't really remember much about the original number anymore.

P.S. Dumb questions are a hazard in doing live commentaries, so you probably knew something like this was going to happen eventually.
