@ShadowWolfRising I feel like it's more of a Jazzy feel. Kind of funky I know. So no. It will be more of a Japanese Jazz then Pop. But great question, you aren't the first to think that.
@MrMinatoArisato00 The anime is just as intense as the game. Naturally they use different characters, but that doesn't change a thing it's still awesome. You can watch Persona Trinity Soul or Persona 4 witch I find hilarious! Some parts are like the game, still different characters though. If you want more info just watch my show next week. It airs next Wednesday.
I'm currently making a re-attempt at finishing P3: FES using the Max Social Link guide. I love this game. Only real change I'd have made is to have Chihiro and Yukari swap roles somewhat. Nothing at all against Yukari, I really like her (actually, all the characters were very well done), but Chihiro is my favorite character of the game by a long, long shot.
@SuperLyricfreak Actually, FES is basically a slight remake of Persona 3 along with the bonus arc "The Answer". And by remake, I mean more personas available, extra scenes, and slight changes in conversations.
@Rockman1047 I haven't played the first or second. But, Persona 3 and 4 are amazing. Either one is amazing. But, I prefer Persona 4 more. But still, both are amazing.
Before i played Vanilla Persona 3 back in 2007, i dindnt think Rap and Jpop could go together, but in the Persona series its freaking awesome. I look forward to the soundtracks just as much as the real games now.
it not the language, it just japanese pay better actors for their voicing while the english version they just grab whoever is cheapest. Translation of a game is more for profit than for the art of the genre.

And as i sad - english sucks. I always gettin japanese versions of games and animes i like.. and I cant imagine getting english version instead, since - well - english sucks in those fields. It feels like watchin some crappy hentai (haha).

someone..please help me..I got P3(FES) a while ago and i didn't start playing it until a few weeks ago..and i had two weeks until the third(or fourth) full moon..and i went to go train the characters and when i tried to re-enter...It froze on the loading screen. I mean the music and everything still played(it just paused at alot of times) and the card animation would still be there but..it would just be stuck there. so..someone help?
@HyperShadic89 Reskin the CD, mate. If you still need help, head to your nearest Gamestop and ask em. I'm an Edge Pro member mahself, I get free CD Re-Skinning. There IS a risk that the CD will NEVER work again. But if its horribly scratched anyway, why not take the chance? Its always worked for me. :P

@mustachio31 Nothing much but FES is an expansion with more Personas weapons etc. And plus more gameplay called the answer which should answer some questions you had about the original Persona 3. Hoped this helped.
@TehZealSeal My favs are Atlus, Squre Enix, and Capcom but Namco is a great company to. (I've been looking for Dot Hack G.U. for years and I just cant find them any where.)

And Btw, You will have a VERY hard time finding The Hack // Gu games offline, There impossible to find off yet if you did get it offline Ebay / Amazon your search would finally end.

by far the best RPG in the last 2,3 years..i've been playing nowadays wrpg and jrpg games like mass effect 1 & 2, the witcher, tales of vesperia, dragon age origins, valkyria chronicles, valkyria chronicles II (psp), even P4 itself, and seriously P3FES beats them all, in terms of storyline (not graphics)
this game reminds me of the golden-era of old-classic jrpgs such as xenogears, chrono cross, trigger, suikoden 2
and SMT : nocturne is pretty cool too, omg i cant wait for catherine
@sorajaller No, there are some new personae and events, but you can skip right to the Answer bit if you want. Your completion data from the first version can be used too. It's just if you get the Portable version you have to start from scratch, but the female story has enough differences to keep it fresh.
Sometimes I am playing P3 and I get bored easily, with P4 that doesn't happen with me, because there is more suspense and the plot makes me want to discover what will happen in the end and who is the culprit...
I just wanted to make sure that this is pretty much Persona 3 with extras correct? I was planning to buy the game and wanted to make sure it wasn't separate.
@syicrone is the same persona 3, the only difference is a shop where u can fuse weapons n personas, also the costumes you get in the game are visible in tartarus.
in the title menu there's two stories: the journey (persona 3) and the answer ( a sequel 1 month after P3, you can call it THE TRUE ENDING). 5 stars game!

@GenediDofus Persona is a spinoff of the Shin Megami Tensei series. The first SMT game, "Megami Tensei" for the NES, came out several months before the first FF game.

nocturne is the best cauz it's apart of the main series. plus u cant go wrong with Dante from Devil May Cry in your party. Also Digital Devil Sagas is good too.

this game is a masterpiece. I loved it mostly for its storyline more than aything else. It was interesting, original, unique, creative.for once i was actually very impressed by a plot. I think this would have made an epic anime, hey maybe they will make one for it. I thought trinity soul was a big let down after playing this game.

@syicrone is the same persona 3, the only difference is a shop where u can fuse weapons n personas, also the costumes you get in the game are visible in tartarus.
in the title menu there's two stories: the journey (persona 3) and the answer ( a sequel 1 month after P3, you can call it THE TRUE ENDING). 5 stars game!

@CapitanKurosaki Persona 3 FES is basically an enhanced remake of the original for the PS2. FES differs from P3 and P3Portable is that it has The Answer, a sort of an epilogue to the game.

@CapitanKurosaki Persona 3 FES is basically Persona 3 with Addictions. The main addition to Persona 3 FES is the new sequel story called "The Answer" where you play as Aigis as the protagonist. In "The Answer" you learn each SEES member's reason for awakening their persona, Aigis' answer to life, and each SEES member learns of how MC died in the battle with Nyx. After you play both "The Journey" (the main game) and "The Answer" (the sequel to the main game), you'll find Persona 3 2x more EPIC!!!

@GenediDofus Persona is a spinoff of the Shin Megami Tensei series. The first SMT game, "Megami Tensei" for the NES, came out several months before the first FF game.

nocturne is the best cauz it's apart of the main series. plus u cant go wrong with Dante from Devil May Cry in your party. Also Digital Devil Sagas is good too.

Persona 3 is for someone who wants a good story out of a game, and can handle it's concept.
Nocturne is difficult, but very fun. It's more SMT-esque than Persona, but it's got a lot less of a story.

this game is a masterpiece. I loved it mostly for its storyline more than aything else. It was interesting, original, unique, creative.for once i was actually very impressed by a plot. I think this would have made an epic anime, hey maybe they will make one for it. I thought trinity soul was a big let down after playing this game.
