@GilaTomster It's a 7900GS 256mb with all standard clocks. My laptop gets that resolution but if not you can always force it. reducing the Detail Distance would give getter fps but only 1 or 2 (barely noticable for me). I wouldn't go for a 7900gs, It worked fine for me at the begining but as the patches came out the performance got worse and now I can't play anything without it overheating.

@MrGamerstylez I can't really tell you because i'm no computer expert. I don't really know anything about AMD processors. What I advise is if you

1. Search on google "Can You Run It"

2. Click the link where it takes you to some systemrequirementslab website.

3. From the drop down menu select "Grand Theft Auto"

4. Allow the website to then install a special program to tell them what computer specifications you have. (It's safe, it doen't give you a virus or spyware)

I think it might be suitable, I don't know much about AMD processors, so I can't really tell you. You can get the game, but I wouldn't recommend you to buy it. The game has major optimism issues which means you would only enjoy this game is you have a high end pc.

I don't know if your processor is good enough to play it but the rest are fine. You will be able to play it on any resolution your monitor supports but the higher it is, the slower your game will be.

search CanIRunIt on google and click the first link, and you will be able to find out how it would perform on your pc. Make sure you install their stuff when they ask you to.

it's just so that they can find out what specs your system has. Its a trusted website, only thing is it can sometimes take a while for it to complete. Search google or youtube to find out more about the website

Would it be fine? Crysis sets to Medium- Hi by default on this system

I think it would hit 30-40FPS. The game is not optimised to todays cind of pcs very good. Cus of that i just switched to my ps3.

But with an 8800GT (assuming it's the 512mb version) you can play crysis on

~high at 1680*1050

And GTA IV on ~high at 1280*720

it should run fine. could do over 30fps on this game with no problem. cus my specs can reach maximum of 35fps while in game which is rare for my specs

yeah i couldn't believe it myself at first cus other graphics cards like 8800gt got like 20fps. 7900 is shit, i need a new graphics card. i wanna get a geforce 200 series but i dnt know how good it will be with other games

i've the same graphiccard from evga (7900GS KO), i thought its unplayable with it but now i buy gta4 too and try it, i have indeed a fainter cpu but it should works anyhow. Important is the new driver 180.84 from nvidia, cause without him it doesnt works.

OH, Its only these framerates because i was using fraps and people know that it slows down games. without it, it's average fps is 29.58. if u dnt believe me look at my description
