Actually, this isn't a Makuts. A Makutz is a 3/4 Diamidov 3/4 Healy to support on the other hand to support (see FIG Code of Points, 2009 v.3, Parallel Bars, Group I, box #28 = D).
This video shows a 3/4 Diamidov 1/4 Healy to support (Code of Points, 2009 v.3, Parallel Bars, box #27 = C). As you can see, he posts on the same arm for the 3/4 Diamidov and 1/4 Healy, making it the C-valued skill in box #27.
