@Firrboxfryup - I am hoping that Chaloner will cope with the curves and gradients. I know by experiment it will run round and 8' radius curve and tackle a 1 in 50 gradient though it may struggle with both at once.
Agreeing with MHLR, a fantastic job and lets see some steam! How does the 5 inch gauge line interweave with the 16mm scale line? You mentioned dual gauge crossings - are these plans going ahead?
@DebenValleyLightRail - One 16mm/5" crossing is on the level. I think I will be able to make this a right angle crossing. The other crossing will involve a bridge. I rather fancy the idea of an Assymetric swing bridge but may make it a simple lift out lenght of plank for now to get things running again as soon as possible.
