I was in the crowd at the recent brissie angels gig (Dec 09) - Doc still rocks - and when it came round to 'Will I ever see your face again' with the crowd doing the unofficial response 'no way get fu**ed" I remembered this hooks track. Skyhooks didn't wait for their audience to make up their minds - laid it straight with suburbia in all it's unrefined glory - but hey - still love the Angels.

The early to mid 70's had a lot of good mainstream things going on due to all the psychedelics and pot flooding society, Even the commercials back then were fascinating.

Cocaine became in fashion then and disco was the choice of music for many people who listened to mainstream music. There has always been good underground music. I was just talkign about the change in society on the whole in the late 70's. The mainstream music changed and so did the television shows and commercials.
