i had this saved in my watch later, i must have kept missing it, but thanks so much for taking time to do videos that are teaching others. you are a very kind and helpful person. two thumbs up!
Still working on that first real OOBE. Now I'm getting in SP even easier. If I lay on my back, I'm getting into SP, without any effort whatsoever.I was wandering Rich, is an OOBE really as realistic as the physical plane? Or is it a bit dreamy, since you are fully relaxed in bed with closed eyes. It seems so great to see a whole other world, without having the feeling of dreaming. The only thing I've seen is coloured dots, after SP,and felt like lifting upbefore one of my familymembers woke me up.
@DaanUniversal Hi Daan, sorry I missed this comment somehow- yes the oobe are EXTREMELY realistic. More real than here, but lighter somehow. Touch things, feel things, hear things. Talk to people over there, fly stick you hand through walls and feel every detail of how that feels. It's the GREATER reality - more real and alive than here. And you find your lover there, and she's more real too. ;-)
Rich ive realized that when i lay down and focus on my legs, and keep focusing on my legs, my body will slowly enter paralysis, with the effects starting 5-10 mins into the exercise. The only problem is i cant keep the focus long enough :(. But it's cool, one time I hit what I call stage 4/4 of this process, which basically comes and hits you like a train and then you vibrate out and I wasn't entranced at all, it was with full consciousness I even tried to talk while exiting. Goodluck all
As far as I know, best time to do OBEs is in about 4 AM (watch Lucidology 101 videos). Thanks for video Rich, I am back in the game ...last 4 months I had just few OBEs, and I was about 5 times more in vibrational state. It seems that I am stucked there. Quiet mind and relaxed body is a key, 1st one is often a problem.
a question to ponder: a week ago i was hangin out with a buncha friends, drinkin & smokin & all that. passed out, woke up with sleep paralysis. i realized that i had the opportunity to get out of body at that moment, but because i was drunk i woke myself up, then fell back asleep... i wonder what would have happened had i gotten out of body while inebriated. drunkenly stagger through alternate realms? haha
@StrappedGypsy -Hi, I'm kinda going with what SAngiNet said. I think you'd have been fine if you'd gotten out. Perhaps the environment you'd find yourself in would be different than if you were sober. But generally from what I have read over the years and my experiences tell me that being sick, injured... or drunk are not the key factors to how your experience would go. Hallucinagens affect the pineal I think - and that will affect your experience. And how awake you are while out is a factor.
Once again you have amazed me Rich. I've been having some problems with OOBE recently and bam, I find this video. You seem to make videos that are always relevant to me. Love your videos, ill try some of this stuff tonight. ^.^

Yes abt 4 am. And for people who work the night shift - the time is abt two or three hours before your usual wake-up time (i'm thinkin').

@StrappedGypsy I think only physical body is affected by alcohol.
