Its Aka Island. Take the boat from Naha harbour at 10.00 AM - you can choose between Aka, Tokashiki and Zamami. Try them all!!
This beach you can reach by foot from Aka Island Harbour in 10-12 minutes or by shuttle bus in 2-3 minutes.

@sinned1976 how long does it take to get from tokyo to okinawa?
@JUKIO01 By plain its about 2½ hour flight from Haneda to Naha. Use Skymark airlines or JAL which is the cheapest of what I know.
