Excellent. My comments are a little bit late compared with the others . I found your instructions just today. I entered The Freckerls and your instructions came first.

I have searched for the Freckerls before on the internet but I never saw your video.

As somebody has said before. The only thing I need is to keep on practicing it. Now that i know the mechanic of the Freckerls thanks to you. Very clear.

I don't believe a cross is behind. A cross is in front. If it's behind, it's a "hook."

Good, clear demonstration and instruction.  The framing meant that their feet were occasionally not visible.

In the ISTD "cross" is correct. I don't know if it is the same in the IDTA.
