There is no question in my mind that James added diversity and talent to Idol. He helped their ratings, for sure. So many little kids were cheering him on. This song is my favorite of the entire Season 10. Too bad Idol didn't bring Carole King in to mentor! James is the boss!

I think the final 2 will be him and Lauren, then I think Lauren should win. James is too independent and wants to do it his way instead of have some label tell him what music he'll do. That's why I think it'd be better if he didn't win, cause once you win you pretty much sign your life away to the American Idol people and the label. James already knows exactly what he wants to do musically, so that would be bad for him. Lauren is young so she would need more guidance and direction.

I think it's safe to say that there are more people than not... that followed this entire season (like myself who don't usually watch Idol) just to see James perform every week, I'm a musician and a big fan of metal, rock, and anything else that takes talent and I can also safely say that there were way too many "shocked" people the other night when Haley's smirky disrespectful ass laughed while James was given the boot (like she does everyone). That's fine, James is already a success.
