OK, so what would you guys use in place of the DWV? I'm making another gun so any ideas would be great, thanks.

Very nice gun, looks alot of fun. You cant go wrong with something like this.

i do agree that DWV is not so great to use, but whatever you want is fine.

yes, homemade ammo... please specify what you're using for ammo. Because of course if your using some sort of metal as ammo it will go through all that plywood. Here all i'm using is potatos and apples.

cool but kinda week my 7 1/2ft giant cumbuster would own it goes through 4 pieces of 1" ply-wood with homemade ammo.

not bad, but a 40 feet at 100psi, with a crab apple, mine will put a small crater in a pine tree :D

You guys have no idea what you're talking about. Use a quick exhaust valve! They have way better performance. Oh, and, being the idiot you are, you used DWV fittings on your chamber. Nice going!

u shouldnt pressurize it that much..just do it to 100..probably go further

Did you guys use pressurized C02? Or is it a combustion gun?

We just filled it with air, I'm sure CO2 would have shown better results though.
