  • thanks for the comment & input . one is deep fried ( Khoa Man Gai Tod), one is steamed ( Gai Tom) . however, it may be a matter of BKK regional slang/dialect, sometimes our 'Bangna speak' is so different from 'Bang Rak talk' that we will have a hard time being understood from one side of the city to the next.....sanuk mak mak kahp.

  • the second one called "Khao Man Gai" to be exactly... Khai tom is not understandable for them trust me..^^

  • Nice videos im coming to Bangkok again in March.. last time i was there i was spending 100+ baht for street food in the Sukhumvit area

  • @wank0r Sometimes local vendors will try and add the 'farang tax' onto whatever you buy or order. Overpricing on food and clothing is common but not ubiquitous....and is not restricted to simple transactions. Double pricing ( and sometimes triple or quadruple pricing) is learned behaviour by way of a contentious government policy that sets double and triples prices for foriegners at public venues . Walk away if you think the price is out of line.
