I just wanted to say that I really admire what you are doing. Sacrificing your time to help those in need in the name of God is a beautiful thing. I'll keep you in my prayers as you make your way through this great journey. Good luck and God bless.
Congratulations ELDER Lopez. I'm proud that you made the decision to go. So just to clarify to people, an LDS mission is a very personal choice made by each person of the church. It is encouraged, admittedly more for young men than women, but is still an option, so Elder, I wish you luck and happiness on your mission!
Just remember that a Director is in charge of his creative world. A missionary is NOT in charge of anything except narking on his partner, and getting more tithe for the men that run the show. Try to protect that part of you that is in charge, because when it's gone, you are no longer living... Peace. I hope you aren't damaged too much. Study cults, then look at how missionaries are treated.
@ChadWork1 The last thing I want is a debate or an argument, but I'll voice my thoughts anyways. I will NOT be losing any creativity while out on my mission. Actually, I wouldn't have any of these talents if God didn't bless me with them, and I believe without a doubt that the work which I have chosen to do is what He has set out for me to perform at this time. I'm not brainwashed or anything. I have a very honest testimony of this Gospel and am happy to share it with others. Have a good day! :D
@TheBullseyeStudios Fair enough. I just was doing what you'll be doing for the next 2 years. Sharing an unsolicited opinion with strangers in order to save them. Good luck. I hope you make it out with at least some of yourself left. Creative people make their own work plans. Your marching orders came from an organization. I was just hoping to reach you at this tender young age, because after these 2 years - you won't be you any more. I hope I'm wrong, but very few are strong enough to escape.
@ChadWork1 Though I have to say that I strongly disagree with your view on the work that I will be doing, thanks for keeping it civil. The last thing I want is for this video to become one huge debate, when I was just uploading it to let everyone know what was going on in my life. If you want to talk more, I'd be happy to answer anything through a PM so that we don't flood this video with a bunch of negative comments. Thanks!
Still waiting for you man have fun and dont forget about us.
