Just want to clear one thing. I shot this on a small camcorder, more suited for a beach holiday then a concert. This is meant as a fun thing for fans, not a grand masterpiece of filmmaking or something.

I'm sure they have some Excellent material, in fact I looked for some and found it and this would not be the way to get exposed to them for the first time. Check out how good a band like Incubus is on here with a live clip. The Bare Naked Ladies,at least for me,are what we Americans refer to as an over glorified Garage band. I'm a big fan of emerson,lake and palmer,coldplay,Oasis,all the Early albums of Genisis through-out the 70's, Beatles, Stones,the Who,Clapton,Robin Tower,and Buckethead!!!

Thats exactly what i mean, don't judge them by a ( rather tame) version here with poor sound quality. So to say "high school band is better"after one clip is not fair, thats'all.

Besides, your music taste is a bit far away fron the Nits sound, so: more difficult to like em.Incubus compared to the nits...

( although I like Elp , stones-who-oasis( first 2 albums) too.

European music, so most Americans like you don't get it.

Leonard Cohen asked them as his touring-band, they said no.

They have fans all over Europe; Greece, Finland, Switzerland, France, etc.

Once they played in Paris same evening as Elvis Costello, their concert was sold out, not Elvis's. They exist since 1974, well known critics say they continued where the beatles stopped.

The barenaked ladies( famous on your side of the world) are their fans. etc,etc,etc.

Reminds me more of Elvis Costello singing the Police's "Wrapped Around Your Finger". No it's not the Rodrigo song. Yes the Nits are great; this clip doesn't show them at their best, though.
