@ThEcOoLeStGuY1000 The only explanation I have is the following: at 0:11, he puts the gun down, and in the next few seconds, we don't see Niko nor the gun. He coulda reloaded by then. He shot 12 times and reloads after the 4th, 8 more shots remaining; and he has 9 in a mag.

That's the only explanation.

@AmoureuxdeKOSMOS Yeah, the game actually wants you to let him live - You'll see it afterwards, when he says that he fills empty after killing Darko; But if you let him live, Niko will tell Roman, that he's happy that's all over. Romans comments are also a proof for it.

But for me, when that asshole said that he received 1,000$ for it & Niko was about to cry, I really started hating him - was a real satisfaction. :P

Anyways it doesn't matter what cartridge it is, any type of round would kill you if it did a critical hit. You can survive a shot with a .50 as well as a Parabellum as long as it doesn't hit you in a critical part of the body (Head, chest etc...)

unless it is a special round and with the right medical treatement.
