6pulg in the usb into ur ps3 and the controller b4 u turn it on, once there all plugged in. trn on the ps3, after it is on that screen were it tells you to press the ps button do it and it should work

where did you order it from? I've been looking on eBay at some of the refurb PS3. did you get it from gamevolution or portus? peace

doesnt matter what the problem is...return it and wait for the ps3 slim thats coming out in 10 days
