the krylov is best i agree but it is better than scar at long distance i perfer it over any gun but when on eu use voss its is the 2nd most acurate gun on the assult kit

Never hold down fire, tap it like he was doing with your other assault guns. And NEVER, NEVER, NEVER keep it on automatic the whole time, change it to single fire often!!!(this is the golden rule to using it)

The Baur (not Bour) isn't a medium ranged gun, switch to single fire and you should easily be able to take people out far away. I don't think the krylov is the best weapon in the game, it has too little power compared to it's clip size, and the Scar has greater firepower.
idk i always use voss and it's very effective... it needs time to learn how to shoot with it but if you know how to use it's the best weapon.

on my clan server 150 ping its high but i love USEF it ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! a good ping is between 0-70 higher than 200 is bad

to give my opinion it really depends on what player you are and on what map you're playing.
As I mainly play gibraltar, I only use either park and moretti or SCAR and Kryov. Whenever I get stressed I use the shotgun Clark it Rocks !
