Her voice has gotten worse as she got older. It could be because as she mature, her voic changed, but I think that she stopped using her voice after Belle. This also doesn't sound very rehearsed. Her notes in be our guest are off. It wouldn't really bother me (these kind of things happen) except that she was so cocky about it.

She looks great, but I don't think she rehearsed. Jodi Benson and Lea Salonga both sound great and they've aged sense their roles so you can't blame it on age. I don't think she worked on this before she performed it.

Well, it has been about 21 years since the movie came out, so you know... 20 years can age a voice a bit. You can tell it;s still the same voice. I think after that long is was good.

I agree, she sounds fantastic still but this is a reason (though it is silly) why I love Jodi, I know when you get older you can't help what happens to your voice but you have this illusion in your mind of them staying how they were when they originally done the film (it is silly but still) and yet with some, like Jodi, she STILL sounds EXACTLY like Ariel even now, I love them both but with Jodie even now she sounds like Ariel even when she sings, it still gives us that illusion.

Regardless of how well her voice holds up, I respect her for getting up here and paying tribute to the wonderful character she helped create.

Belle was my favorite DIsney princess growing up, and Paige's acting really sold it in the first movie. The sequels were of course horrible, but she never stopped being amazing, even when her character was written terribly. The mark, IMO, of a true professional. :)

I've seen here recently in Menopause the Musical in Las Vegas and she is as old as she looks here. She's been nipped and tucked so many times she hardly looks human. Shes got that one money note but God help her through the rest of it. Her vibrato is so spaced out....it makes her sound off all the time.

She also has no grip of her actual age. She still thinks she can dress and act like a teenager, its a little sad because Belle is still my favorite princess.
