Right now, we're having a debate of how to get the economy up and running again, when, the debate is settled. The one proven way of getting an economy back on track, is to cut taxes, reduce Gov spending, and pay down the National debt

The tone of Mr Inslee, I agree, is unpleasant. It makes me wonder what was said and shown before this three part hearing of Monckton. Regardless, the tone brings nothing positive to this meeting and it appears Inslee does more damage to "his side" than to "the other side".

Measurements being better than models, however, isn't true (which Monckton claims). Measurements are required to make models, and models are subsequently used to understand real world situations. That is how science works.

He refers to Pinker's graph as proof of natural warming, even though Pinker herself has explained this to be wrong (and why). I suppose this is why scientists should be called to hearings of this kind, and not well spoken policy makers.

Scientists need an international debate, going for 2-4 hours a day, for two days. Then meet again in 3 months to do it again. Lets get the debate settled, and then policy makers can talk it out
