i got the same problem with my n9?? what did you do to fix it?? the problem in my phone is not constant,, usually it happens after charging,, and eventually become ok after few minutes..
@pauloamboy I never managed to fix the problem, so I had to change two other new devices, with this third device which is what I have currently only been once very lightly made that problem but then thankfully never returned to do. So if your device is still under warranty, you should replace it as soon as possible. Good luck
@paxylAdy My phone its an original made in Finland. And I have used my warranty receipt dumb !!! Thats why I have picked up three new ones. First read the previous comments before speaking without knowing it !!! OK DUMB ?

Espero que tenha resovido algum bug que estaria a bloquear as atualizações via OTA, agora só o tempo o dirá.

Yo tambien tuve este problema, el primero que adquiri duró 2 días en perfecrto estado, luego primero falló el bluetooth y despues a dar este problema, me lo cambniaron por uno nuevo, ya lleva 2 días trabajando bien, espero dure más y no sea un problema general!!!

that dosent look good you should use your warranty,i I had a similar problem to my phone, it was not the N9 which had a problem,nokia phones seem to have problems with twitching.
