nah its not your speakers, its called pumping, its not the pitch its the gain, basically when a tune is mastered, if the compression they are using isnt set properly, it will do what your hearing now. In this track its the low end (bass/sub bass) thats causing the problem, the bass is so much louder then anything else in the track that when it comes in the compression unit quietens everything else to compensate for the shear force of the bass. . hope i helped. . . and didnt confuse you too much
@TurtusMaximus 1 year ago.. but still, i fail to see any lack of mastering, right now i have my sub and woofers both on full, and the bass is only making me happier
@k1rbay Ah, well, you obviously didnt understand exactly what i was saying! I did not say there was a lack of mastering, i said the mastering is what has caused what the other person is talking about (the comment i was replying to), which is it dips in volume when the drop comes in. Its not a lack of mastering at all, thats not the problem, its just the sub bass is really really loud and makes the rest of the track duck. And of course the bass would only make you happier, its bass!!!
if anyone saw me right now they would lock me away, im in a practise room at college skankin out like some mad man who has lost all control of his body, guess that just what this tune does to me! haha
