I usually supress it, talk it out with a close friend, or my favorite I perform, there is an open mic night anywhere if you look hard enough... also killing people in video games helps so much, lol

When I have drama I usually write a lot more than usual... or play a lot of video games. It depends on the type of drama and how consuming it is, lately there is been a lot of writing going on.
