Let's put it this way. Sonic's voice DOES matter, it's just not worth complaining about unless he LITTERALLY starts talking offensively, or the actor ACTUALLY can't act, or if the voice sounds like freakin Mickey Mouse all of a sudden!
It's not AS important as gameplay, but like music, it should be good as long as it's there. lol The graphics aren't the most important either but... can't we have good gameplay AND good graphics? Sonic was always meant to look as real as possible. :3 Go Sonic!
i think the gameplay is fine in all of the new ones, i care a bit more about the voices. although needle mouse is just a step in the wrong direction if you ask me.
Ryan didn't quit it's not sega's fault its 4kids. I hate 4kids D:. But though I don't like the new guy I'm fine with him my only problem is that they use his voice for way to many characters I mean he does shadow sonic and jet. But we can't blame SEGA its $kids they are destroyers of anime and voices. The voices like I said will not make or break a gameimo though.
wat people do not get is that Ryan Drummond is never coming back! i had to talk to my friend about that and she kept goin on talking to ryan. i mean i like Ryan Drummond as sonic,but i also like Jason Griffith because he is decent and he does his best on being sonic. so people please stop saying that the sonic games suck ok its not about the voice acting!its about how the game is and how fun or good it is!just because ryan drummond isnt sonic doesnt mean the game sucks!
SEGA comming back is a no no in my opinion, Genesis was great, but they're done, Nintendo and Sony got them, if they come back, N and S will kick their isolated asses again, I'm sorry. One less console to deal with, I want all 3 now, but a fourth is too much.
And for the voices, Zelda has been text boxes since 1986 and still is considered the best series ever. The graphics are more important than the voices, and graphics don't mattereither. Sonic's best game was silent, (Sonic 3K), OOH!
... Lol when i started becoming a Sonic fan i really liked Jason griffth alot in the games but in sonic x it was cheesy but still i like him better on the games but then i found out about ryan and i didnt relly get used to him :P and ya ur right ryan is not gonna come back and never :P
