Toothpaste to thick; your are clearly not an engineer. All you need to do is pipe in in a water suspension then extract the water through a membrane before using a screw pump to dispense it. Assuming you don't care about the waste of both water and enegry (in cold weather the water would need to be heated with relay station if the distances are long).

I'd hate having a coke tap in my house. I gain about six hundred pounds then it'd be spandex and hover rounds for me. Bleh.
