Are you serious? This is one of their best performances ever - certainly the best I've heard from recent years (and I say that with a little twinge of envy: last time I saw them live in 2005 they were fucking awesome but this performance of Take On Me is actually even better). Every little variation on the original melody is quite intentional, I assure you, and the high note is spot on as always. If I found a really good audio recording of this it would totally be on my favourites list.
