  • I'm sorry but I truly don't agree with this woman being a prophet. My friend, somewhere along the path you may have fallen into a deception. A prophet of God doesn't add or misinterpret scripture. Please forgive me brother but I simply do not agree with you. You seem like a very nice person but I think your zeal is somewhat misplaced. May God bless you and I still consider you a brother in Christ. Pray about this please. Take care.

  • @freeloadernumber8 if you read only the case against someone in a court of law, would anyone ever be acquitted? There are thousands of sites against Ellen White, however there are very solid answers to every one of the attacks against her. If you would care to look, there are many resources out there that prove this fact. Don't forget, Christ's own church killed him, and only a very few of his supposed followers where there at the cross. Please don't make the same mistake.

  • @jumanous I've read some of her writings and it didn't take long to realise how unbiblical these writings were.By the way friend, Jesus IS almighty God. Like I said, pray about this ....I really do believe you have been misled.

Take care. (This is my final post.)

  • @freeloadernumber8 Reading some of her writings? Hardly testing the prophet, as you were judging what she was saying by your own preconceptions, and false doctrines that have destroyed modern Christendom, rather than trying to understand her line of reasoning. But yeah, sounds like you have made up your mind. I hope God opens your mind.

  • @jumanous I test a prophet through scripture. Her writings do not align with scripture. The only "line of reasoning" is that of the Spirit and not of man. If you don't mind me saying...you seem to uphold her writings and visions more so than what is written in the Word. We have EVERYTHING we need in Jesus Christ. I think you may have been misguided into believing in her visions over the truth of Christ alone.Look friend, the point is, lets focus on Christ and not on Ellen white.

  • @freeloadernumber8 Ellen White didn't make this prediction. She was 14 at the time, and accepted the understanding of her parents church. Her visions came about a year after that, after the remaining members of the millerite movement had come to the correct conclusion about what happened in 1844.

  • @freeloadernumber8 also that first question is a curious one. Jesus is the eternal God (part of the God head that includes the father and the son), who created the earth, and then took on the sinful flesh of man in order to live out a perfect life and become the perfect sacrifice. He also showed us how we can also overcome sin in our life by focusing on him and his example.

  • @jumanous Friend.....Jesus said "I and the Father are one". Also, John writes.." In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning". In Genesis 1:1 we read..."In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth". So Jesus is God in the beginning since the WORD (Jesus) was God. Also, what Ellen White claims to have happened in 1844 is not in line with scripture. Jesus made it final when He Himself said...It is finished.

  • @freeloadernumber8 The words of Jesus: John 17:21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

Does that mean the Church has to literally fuse together into so strange grotesque beast? Clearly no. This means they are of one mind and one purpose. 3 distinct beings with zero disagreement... which is what the church is supposed to be (and will be). Unity in Truth, not error.

  • @freeloadernumber8 as far as 1844 being non biblcial, I think you need to look at all the events that occurred in 1844. A few examples: Darwin finished "The origin of the species", the fox sisters heard their first knockings and started spiritualism in the US, madam Blavatsky began releasing books... to name a few. I think you need to take a look at the sanctuary. The Sacrifice is only the first part of the Sanctuary service. Psa 77:13 Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary.

  • @jumanous LoL. The Holy spirit teaches us truth therefore we do not need a prophet. Also, yes Jesus prayed that we should be One just as He and the Father are one. However, we do not share the "oneness" that the Father has with the Son in the creation of heaven and earth. Only Jesus (who is God) shares this. You see, you use scripture to try to prove your point rather than letting scripture teach you. The 1800's were a time of great spiritual confusion as well hense.....Ellen White. I'm sorry.

  • @freeloadernumber8 Revelation 19:10, Rev 12:17 . The holy spirit talks through God's word. The Torah had all that was needed for salvation (first 5 books), why then did God bother with the new testament? Because people were too blinded by tradition to see the true interpretation of these books.

  • @jumanous To this I say amen and God bless.

  • Read James and Romans 8 if you wish to understand this concept.

  • @jumanous I can go on and on with this. I have PLENTY of time. Nothing you tell me about Mrs white will impress me simply because it is not Biblical. Her teachings even remind me of Joseph Smith or the Watch Tower. We do NOT need a prophet after Jesus the King of kings and Lord of Lords. The Muslim faith also claims a need for a "true prophet"....there is no need for another prophet. Jesus sent us His Holy Spirit to show us all the truth we need.

  • @freeloadernumber8 that's what the pharisees said when John the Baptist came along.

  • @freeloadernumber8 take a look at the interpretation of Daniel and revelation in the various denominations. It is pure confusion. No one knows what the truth is, yet it is the only book that has "him that readeth, let him understand" attached to it. We desperately needed a prophet for these last days. People are completely ignoring the law and thinking they will be saved.

  • @freeloadernumber8 would you say you have an open mind?

  • @jumanous I think we will have to agree to disagree when it comes to Ellen White. However, lets agree on Christ.I believe in Christ therefore you and I are brothers. Do you agree that even though I am not part of the SDA church that I am saved if I put my trust and faith in Jesus Christ? You see, the Spirit gives testimony in my heart that I am a child of God. Jesus is my Salvation...not by works but by grace. I do works BECAUSE I am saved not TO BE saved. I love you brother...take care.

  • @freeloadernumber8 God has a church. It is not the great cathedral, neither is it the national establishment, neither is it the various denominations; it is the people who love God and keep His commandments. "Where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them" (Matthew 18:20). Where Christ is even among the humble few, this is Christ's church, for the presence of the High and Holy One who inhabiteth eternity can alone constitute a church.

  • @jumanous To this I say amen and God bless.

  • @freeloadernumber8 yep.. statement from Ellen White.

  • @jumanous No I mean, Amen to "Where two or three gather.....I am there." (My goodness....do you ever try so hard to uphold Ellen W.) Take care.

  • @freeloadernumber8 haha... reality... if God sent a prophet, it is very important to listen. Nothing God does is without reason. I defend truth... Ellen White means nothing to me, it is simply the message she was given for us. As I say, you have discarded her on a few, incredibly easy to disprove concepts... I think it would be wise to be a bit more diligent than that. But yeah... it is between you and God.

  • @jumanous Scripture proves Jesus is God:

Matthew 15:25 Then she came and worshiped Him, saying, "Lord, help me!"

Matthew 2:11 And when they had come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him. Also, His disciples worshiped Him when He rose...Matthew28:17 When they (His disciples) saw Him, they worshiped Him. Now, If Jesus wasn't God, He wouldn't have accepted their worship since the commandment says..worship no image or idol...

  • @freeloadernumber8 You have no argument here on that concept.

  • @jumanous So what you're saying is this....Jesus is not God and equal to God?

  • @freeloadernumber8 Nope. Jesus is God, the father is God, and the Holy Spirit is God, and they are all of one mind.

  • @jumanous Amen! Praise Jesus !!! who is God!!!

  • @jumanous To bow down is not to worship (you may say).....and you could bring up Lot bowing down to the angels but....who do you think those 3 "men" were? They were not angels...

Also, the commandment says NOT to bow down NOR worship anyone but God. Therefore....Lot knew full well not to Bow down to anyone but God...therefore...!! Hello!

  • I don't agree with this at all. Jesus is the sabbath.....(which means rest.) Saturday...Sunday...monday. Why is this so hard for you to understand?

  • @freeloadernumber8 Correct, Jesus is the perfect rest. Jesus is love also, does this mean we ignore the 10 commandments which define what the word love means?

  • @jumanous My brother...look around you. Look at our world....we need to stop posting these things and realise that the world is reading our comments and saying.."These Christians don't even agree with each other"!! Do you see that? Look, Jesus rose from the dead on a Sunday. The early christians gathered on this day and every day as well. If for you Saturday is better then so be it. I understand your zeal. But don't add on a burden to your fellow brothers in Christ who gather on Sunday.

  • @freeloadernumber8 understand your concern, and if I believed it wasn't vital, I wouldn't post the video. If you can, watch watch?v=JMWn6F1Jifc and watch?v=axNxdLsMtFo, you will see how important an issue it truly is. The bible is very clear on which day is the sabbath. That text you are referring to actually talks about breaking bread together (having dinner), and it was actually on Saturday night by our Gregorian Calender. Paul was about to go on a big journey after the Sabbath.

  • @jumanous Hey....I love you brother and I don't agree. See you in Heaven!! Take care and God bless.

  • @freeloadernumber8 "here are they who diligently seek me"

  • @jumanous By the way...who is this Ellen G White anyways? ..............(Yes, I did some homework haven't I...) tsk tsk tsk tsk....red flag alert ...red flag.

  • @freeloadernumber8 prophet of God... we have plenty of videos proving it. But yeah.. they killed or ignored all the prophets of old.. seems logical they would ignore the last one also.

  • @freeloadernumber8 if you are truly interesting in truth, you will find this comes down to worshiping God, or worshiping the papal structure (indirectly worshiping Satan). I realise no one intends to do this, and I am continually saddened by how many Christians refuse to look beyond they surface of this issue.

  • interesting video my friend.

  • Thanks...beautifully said! Elbie, Limerick, Ireland.

  • @nLzZN your welcome. Thank you for your kind words :)
