I didn't realize that a woman needs lots of iron, when having babies, or breastfeeding, & my Mama was conscientious about my diet as a young woman getting ready to bear children. I made it once, getting a fresh live duck, the blood, prunes, apples, onions and cream, homemade noodles. Yum Yum
