@vicx05 Hi :) - while connecting TD-12 directly with your PC you should keep in mind, that your mic input is much more "sensitive" than your big headphones. As a result you should reduce the output volume and especially "input-gain" - I am not sure if audacity allow these settings. I would use software like "Steinberg" ... a bit more advanced but you get great results. If you want to get the ultimate sound, buy a midi to Usb adapter and superior drummer 2.0, record midi & choose sounds later
