I really dislike bees. I stepped on one in my kitchen as was stung numerous times on my foot before I realized what happened. I cried for a long time.... lol, and I am a grown woman. You are a brave young lady. I hope the pain left you quickly and that it doesn't happen again anytime soon.

@dneil73 Hey, it doesn't matter how old you are. :) Wasp stings are painful enough to make ANYONE cry. I got stung by a wasp recently and I cried, too! Wasp stings hurt much, much worse than a shot.

@31operafan lol, and now I am so afraid of those insects that I run away when they come within arms length of me. I have purposefully drowned a couple in the pool (bad me), but still... once you're stung, you have no desire to even see them...AT ALL. Bought a couple bottles of that stuff that shoots a long way.... lol, I am sure the neighbors laugh when they see me running while spraying wasp spray behind me! ;)

@dneil73 :) So do I. And ever since I recently got stung, I try to stay as far away from wasps as possible. I have never been in so much pain in a long, long time, so I was a little surprised. And I got stung on the finger, which is probably the worst place for wasp stings because there are so many nerve endings in there. It felt like I touched a red hot poker. I didn't scream, but I probably yelled out a curse word in my head. XD
