why did you cover the dosa? the oil should be applied before putting the dosa or after?also the magic bullet is aproduct of which country/dose it run well/requiring minimum maintenance?
Outstanding! You are bringing the highly evolved food technology of South India to the rest of the world, and doing it in style!
Now here's a challenge for you - You know how we all love ThenKuzhal, Ribbon Pakoda and and other "Karukku Murukku" snacks! Now with all the concerns about fatty foods and simple carbs, why not conjure up baked versions of the same, and using whole wheat too ? Thus far, I have not had any success.
You are awesome!! thank u for the amazing recipes.
I noticed you using magic bullet. Is it as good as the TV commercials claim it is? I never trust the TV ads so havent bought it yet. Do you recommend it?

Hi Bhagyaji, Excellent recipe. Can we add some sour curd in the batter for a slightly tangy taste? Do we need to kepp the batter aside for 1 hour?

very nice presentation.
There is a typo in the movie clip.
It should be "loss of appetite" instead of "lose of appetite".
