Can you buy the dried fried onions or can you make them your self. Again nice recipe :)

@roach270 hi, you can buy them from any Chinese or Indian shop. Not sure about main shops? Could also make them yourself, plenty of oil and paper to drain them after x

when you were in the top 50 on the F word did you get to do a cook off, how was the top three selected? I watched the show and saw that only three ladies had the chance to have their dishes tasted.

Hey, how did you know I was on that? It was ages ago, and I'm still sore about not winning! lol ;-) I have no idea about how they picked the final 3 - I don't think any were actual chef's, and the girl who won is a beauty and fashion writer - she was lovely though? I guess that's just TV biz for you??

You have it on your other web sight, so I went out of my way to watch the F word. Just trying to be a supportive fan (with out the crazy stoker stuff.) I would be sore as well, but hell you got a free meals (i hope). well keep in mind you could get a show on food network in the US. ;)
