Unions work only as long as both the union (a representative of collective bargaining) and the business do not have any legal advantage other than that of contract and property rights. I personally have no problem with labor organizing.  But, this organization should not have any influence upon legislation in order to improve its position, just as the companies should not have legislation in their favor. Insofar as labor is organized to come into contract with business, that is good.
