Did the game actually flicker like that or is that just because it's an emulation? I know for a fact that emulators for more complex games (like PS2 games) do that, but I don't know if this game would do that because it was an arcade game (and therefore harder to emulate due to more complex or harder to find hardware, in this case it's actually both).

@lindagal2864 Well, what you can do is watching it in 460p which is the best in this video.. And exactly at 2:30 you can see clearly the words 'honor apathy', you can print it in full screen and then in any picture editor just change the brightness, just if you want to confirm it, because you can see it just stopping the video at that point :-)
