Guys this was a good win but just remember who we were playing!! We should beat them like that every time!! Texas probably would have beat them 52-3 so this game really doesn't tell us anything. Texas D looks just as good as F-States so this weekend is gonna be a big challenge. BOOMER!!!!

WOW! So many things to say about this game. First off, how the hell do the Sooners drop a spot in the AP poll after playing like this? Second, I hope beating Texas will be this lopsided. Third, that defense is just damn wicked! Wort, Jefferson, Alexander, Ronnell and Travis Lewis, Lynn, Washington, and that whole damn defense is just ruthless. Fourth, I really REALLY liked what I saw out of Blake Bell. I am eager to see what he can do as a Sooner! He can throw AND run! BOOMER FREAKIN SOONER!!

For the people that saw the game I have a question. How did Gabe Ikard do at center?

@soonerstd well OU didn't give up any sacks all night, and there weren't any bad snaps that Landry lost control of...OU should be fine

@soonerstd Gabe did fine, he's one of smartest guys on the team and so I don't think he'll have any problem adjusting to the new blocking calls and assignments he has to tell all the other lineman about. The only thing I a little worried about is being able to run right up the gut without Habern because he was so solid at run blocking. My sooners ran the ball well, but you could tell they struggled a little bit when running zone read plays. They have another week to prepare for the COWS
