GoPRO HERO1 vs HERO2

difference in that in the video he shot with the hero2 at 120 fps at 480p so thats why the video from the hero2 looks not as good or rather as detailed. I can say this because he used the exact same footage as compared that beginning of the video (labeled 60fps) and then at the end of the video at 120fps.....

First of all Go pro2 stabilizes while it also tries to make it bright and go-pro 1 onlyrecords videos in hq

It depends on which GoPro1 Model you have. The best one is the 1080. The others are OK, but not as good. Check out my channel for videos with the GoPro 1080 Helmet Cam!

My opinion is that GoPro Hero 1 had a better contrast but that GoPro Hero 2 was better in darker collors..

the hero 2 can take video at 120 frames per second. the hero one can only take 60. This video is comparing them both on the same settings. If the Hero 2 was set to 120fps instead of 60 the slow motion would have looked wayyyyyy crisper. the hero 1 is not capable of that.

its two good camera! buy 1 or 2 and be a HERO! but the quality is very good on HERO2.

hero 2 is still a better camera, put on a different setting for underwater on the hero 2 and it makes it makes a difference, the lighting on the 2 kills it, artificial light looks so much better especially in low light situations
