Small little difference I noticed (it actually is a common characteristic of all prerelease versions) is that the score uses a different font. Here it uses the same font as the hit markers/combo counter, whereas in the final it has a unique font.

Being the prototype junkie I am, I tend to notice these things. :D

I think I found a (small difference). Someone may have said it before, I don't know. But when the agents appear on the bottom of the screen and waving their arms side to side, the background behind them is a star on a red background, but the released version had no red background, just the yellow star covering the whole screen.
